Emails regarding order confirmation, package tracking, newsletters, and "my account", will be sent from the domain "firstname.lastname@example.org". To ensure you receive our emails, please add "email@example.com" to you list of approved senders.
Checkout & Order Confirmation
When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email outlining the details of your order.
Note: ALL online orders with credit card information are charged when the order is dispatched.
Delivery and Handling
Orders over £50.00 are eligible for free delivery.
Standard Delivery Charges £5.95 for the UK
- All orders are sent by Royal Mail or UPS
- If you give us your email address we will send you a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Standard delivery is 3-5 working days in the UK and 10 working days for Jersey, Guernsey and Republic of Ireland. All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Products that are in stock are dispatched from our warehouse within one business day. Occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. If your order contains one of these items the entire order will be processed and dispatched when the out of stock products are available. If the item is going to be out of stock for an extended period, we will separate your order and send the products that are in stock to you. The out of stock item will then be delivered to you, at no additional cost, when it is back in stock. Customers will be notified via email within 48 hours if a ordered product is out of stock.
All items sent to the UK and Ireland include VAT at the prevailing rate. Items sent to Jersey and Guernsey will be charged excluding VAT. If you need a VAT receipt, please contact customer services and we will email one to you.
Myneova.co.uk wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make from our site. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied (and you are within the 30 day guaranteed time frame which begins the day you receive your package) we ask that you call our customer service department (0844 482 7436) to obtain an RMA number along with return instructions.
Please write the RMA number on the return label on your dispatch note. Indicate on the dispatch note the items you are returning. Wrap your products securely with the dispatch note and stick the address label on the outside. Affix postage (we recommend that you use a tracked service) and please retain a proof of posting. We ask that you send your purchase back in a traceable method of delivery.
